We want you to love your look, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain items like intimates and final sale products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
