How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status by logging into your rue21 account.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Please note that certain items like swimwear and jewelry are final sale for hygienic reasons.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, rue21 ships to the 50 United States, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I determine my size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. You may return the items once they arrive according to our return policy.
